二 | 该公司周一推出了自主研发的大语言模型 Thomson 1.0。该模型基于汤森路透的法律研究内容进行训练，主要面向专业工作场景。公司表示，该模型采用开源技术构建，并利用了其数十年来积累的大量“权威”法律内容。谷歌表示，其平台将与汤森路透旗下的其他法律科技平台，以及法律 AI 软件开发商 Harvey、Legora 等公司的产品实现直接且安全的连接。律所正在迅速采用生成式 AI 工具，用于协助法律研究、起草法律文件以及执行其他法律任务。与此同时，许多律所也开始将 AI 应用于客户管理、案件管理等业务运营环节，希望降低成本并提高工作效率。谷歌云产品负责人 Amrita Mehrok 表示，谷歌的新产品针对律所的实际需求进行了灵活设计，律所可以根据自身需求，在平台集成的多种 AI 模型之间进行选择。一些大型律所已经与 AI 服务商建立战略合作关系，有的甚至开始自行开发 AI 平台。谷歌表示，Weil Gotshal、Cleary Gottlieb、Freshfields 和 Williams & Connolly 等律所都参与了 Gemini Enterprise for Legal 的合作开发。Weil Gotshal 联合管理合伙人 Jonathon Soler 在接受采访时表示，客户越来越希望律师能够使用 AI，并借助 AI 提升工作效率。
三 | Cleary Gottlieb 管理合伙人 Jeffrey Karpf 则表示，与谷歌的合作将使该律所有机会“参与创建面向部署 AI 的律所所需的实用工具”。
